Additional Signers: $10.00 per additional signer.
Travel & Logistics
Travel Fee: $2.50 per mile (one-way) from Columbus, WI.
Courier/Shipping Drop-off: $2.50 per mile (one-way) to the designated shipping facility.
Priority & Urgency Surcharges
Expedited Service: $50.00 (Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice).
Emergency Service: $100.00 (Requests requiring service within three hours).
