Whether you need real estate documents, affidavits, power of attorney forms, or other legal documents notarized, you can expect prompt service and a smooth signing experience.

Loan Signing Agent
Refinances, Purchases, HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, and Seller Packages. Experienced with title companies and escrow officers. Most loan signing will be $150.00. Excessive mileage and/or excessive printing fees may be assessed.
Hospital and Jail Visits
Compassionate service for sensitive situations requiring notarization at medical or detention facilities. Fees quoted include the notarial act only. Additional travel and service fees will be assessed after quote is submitted.
General Notary Work
Power of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Affidavits, Health Care Directives, and Vehicle Title Transfers. Fees quoted include the notarial act only. Additional travel and service fees will be assessed.
I-9 Verifications
Authorized representative for employment eligibility verification forms. Fees quoted include the notarial act only. Additional travel and service fees will be assessed.
Who I am
As a 26-year veteran of the United States Air Force, I have extensive experience operating in high-accountability environments where precision, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail were essential. Throughout my military career, I was entrusted with responsibilities requiring strict adherence to procedures and the accurate handling of sensitive information.
Beyond my military service, I have owned and sold commercial real estate and possess a strong understanding of both commercial and residential real estate transactions. I have personally navigated the home-buying process using Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, giving me firsthand knowledge of the additional documentation and requirements associated with VA loans.
As a Wisconsin Commissioned Notary Public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, I have gained valuable experience conducting loan signings and general notarial acts for a wide variety of clients. This experience has strengthened my understanding of loan documents, proper notarial procedures, and the importance of providing accurate, efficient, and professional service while maintaining strict compliance with state laws and industry standards.
In addition, I was licensed as an Illinois Real Estate Salesperson for two years, further expanding my knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory requirements. The combination of my military service, real estate background, and hands-on notary experience enables me to provide dependable, detail-oriented service while ensuring every signing is completed with professionalism and care.
